Ubiquity

Industry Solutions

Hotels and resorts traditionally rely on paper or delayed web surveys to gather customer sentiment. With Osurv, critical information is collected during the guest's experience, which dramatically increases the quality and quantity of feedback.

Less than 30% of shoppers make a purchase, yet current research methods only target this minority with receipt surveys. Osurv reaches the full 100% and helps retailers understand how to increase loyalty and sales.

Until now, the most common form of interaction with a broadcast audience was through social networks, which are not designed for market research. With Osurv, entertainment brands can simultaneously engage and understand their audience.

The moment after a plane touches the ground, every passenger turns on their smartphone. During the few minutes while the aircraft is taxiing is the best time to gather feedback on the flight experience. Reward them with frequent flyer points and watch response rates take off.

A server visits the table with a simple question: "Was everything okay?" The answer is almost always "Yes, everything was fine," even when it's not. Osurv catches negative reviews, alerts the manager to potential issues, and maintains the privacy and non-confrontation that diners demand.

Several metropolitan rail systems use surveys to understand rider behavior, frequency of travel, fare category, and purpose for riding the train. This helps drive scheduling and measure perception of the transportation service.
